At 01:00 UTC on April 27, while I was asleep, seven opportunities completed the full execution path end to end for the first time — detection, queue, verification, execution — in paper.
There was no Telegram alert. No banner. The bot just did the thing it was built to do, recorded what happened, and went back to scanning. I found it the next morning by running a query I'd run a hundred times before, and the rows were different.
That's the moment the architecture stopped being theoretical. The dollars are still paper and the real first execution — actual capital moving — is still ahead. But on April 27 the system did, unaided, the thing it exists to do.
